PMUNIVERSAL is a consultancy and service provider specialising in research, monitoring, and evaluation. We also support organisations working in the refugee and asylum sector to embed the meaningful involvement of people with lived experience through co-design, co-production, and co-delivery.

Our own lived experience of the UK asylum system, combined with our in-depth understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by refugees and people seeking asylum, enables us to provide expert, informed, and culturally responsive support.

Our team of staff and volunteers is multilingual, allowing us to engage with people from diverse communities in a way that is immediate, inclusive, and meaningful. We believe that language and lived experience are essential to building trust and ensuring that the voices of those most affected are heard and valued.
